uLead 2026
Grateful to be afforded the opportunity to present at uLead 2026 in Banff, AB this coming April.
The topic of well-being in education, and leadership well-being in education is so important across our systems right now - if we are not well, we cannot support our students and teams to the best of our ability. Looking forward to learning and sharing alongside colleagues from across AB, Canada, and beyond.

College of Alberta School Superintendents
I will be co presenting at a workshop along with colleagues from the University of Calgary. We have been working together to assess how best we can support leadership teams within our organization and we will review research, gather strategic foresight information, and share initial research insights. It will be an interactive space to share and learn from those present; with a focus on improving practice moving forward.
